Do I have to pay anything?
Nothing at all. Attending, dinner and entering the draw are free of charge.
How big is the scholarship?
It covers 100% of the tuition fees, with no cap, for one Master's (postgraduate taught) course at a Kings Consultancy partner university in the UK. Living costs, housing, visa fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge and travel are excluded, and you must meet the university's entry requirements.
Must I be there for the draw?
Yes. You need to be checked in with original photo ID and present when the winner is drawn.
When is the last chance to apply?
23:59 the night before each event: Wednesday 28 October for London, Sunday 1 November for Birmingham and Wednesday 4 November for Manchester. If a venue fills up, it may close early.
What should I bring?
Your original passport or UK photo driving licence, matching the name on your request. Copies or phone photos won't be accepted.
When is my seat confirmed?
We review every request and confirm seats by email or SMS before the event. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder.
Can I register for a friend?
Each person needs their own request, with their own details, so they can be checked in with their ID.

Scholarship draw terms
The key points: free to enter; one 100% tuition fee scholarship per event; register online by 23:59 the day before your event; attend in person with original photo ID; winner drawn at random on the night.

- Promoter. Kings Consultancy.
- Free entry. The draw is free to enter. No purchase or payment is needed to enter or to win.
- Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over who hold valid UK immigration permission or settled status. Employees of Kings Consultancy, its group companies and their immediate families cannot enter.
- How to enter. (a) Send a seat request through this page by 23:59 (UK time) on the day before your chosen event; (b) receive an approved ticket from Kings Consultancy; (c) attend the event in person and check in with an original passport or UK photo driving licence matching the name on your request. One entry per person, for one event only.
- Events and closing dates. London, Thursday 29 October 2026 (requests close 23:59 on 28 October). Birmingham, Monday 2 November 2026 (requests close 23:59 on 1 November). Manchester, Thursday 5 November 2026 (requests close 23:59 on 4 November). Doors open at 17:00 and dinner starts at 18:00.
- Seats. Seats at each venue are limited and are given at the Promoter's discretion after reviewing each request. Not every request will receive a ticket.
- The prize. One prize per event (three in total): a scholarship covering 100% of the tuition fees, with no upper limit, for one postgraduate taught (Master's) course at a UK partner university of Kings Consultancy. The scholarship is valid only for one-year (full-time) Master's courses at BPP University and cannot be applied to any other university or course length.
- What the prize does not cover. Living costs, accommodation, visa application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, travel, deposits or any other cost. No cash alternative is offered. The prize cannot be transferred.
- Conditions of the prize. The winner must meet the university's academic and English language entry requirements, receive and accept an offer, and meet any UK immigration requirements for the course.
- The draw. One winner per event is drawn at random, live at the event, from guests checked in with valid ID. The winner must be present when drawn; if not, another winner is drawn.
- Winner announcement. The winner is announced on the night. With the winner's consent, their first name and city may be published on Kings Consultancy's website and social media.
- Your data. Personal details are used to manage the event and the draw under the Kings Consultancy privacy policy. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in.
- Social media. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability connected with the promotion.
- Changes. The Promoter may change or cancel an event or the draw if circumstances outside its control require it, and will give notice where possible.
